Appraisal Process 

Typically we physically examine our client’s property within the home. During our examination we document material, style, condition, measurements and photograph the property. From our notes and photographs we produce an  appraisal report which includes a written description of each object with background information; values, based on market research; property photographs; and references.  Reports are prepared in accordance with the principles and practices of the American Society of Appraisers and the Appraisal Standards Board’s Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

While we are based in the Denver area, we travel throughout the Rocky Mountain region and western United States.
